Spaghettini made with Senatore Cappelli wheat is produced using carefully selected organic ingredients and combines the best of Puglia and Trentino: wheat grown under the rocks of Matera, water and air from the Trentino Dolomites, where the Felicetti pasta factory is located.

This variety of Apulian wheat is one of the best wheat varieties ever and has many nutritional benefits, as it is rich in high-quality, highly digestible proteins. It also has antioxidant properties and does not cause gluten sensitivity, preventing the addiction that could lead to celiac disease.

Spaghettini are the ideal pasta for an excellent tomato pasta and we recommend the king of sauce tomatoes, the Corbara cherry tomato.

SENATORE CAPPELLI WHEAT: Senatore Cappelli durum wheat owes its name to Raffaele Cappelli, a senator from Abruzzo who promoted agricultural reforms and the revival of agriculture in Puglia in the early 20th century. He supported the research of geneticist Nazareno Strampelli, making his own experimental fields available to him. This is how Senatore Cappelli durum wheat was born in the early 20th century, highly adaptable and of high quality as it can only be grown organically.
