Il Valentino pasta from Pastificio Felicetti is made with Senatore Cappelli wheat and is produced with a careful selection of organic ingredients. All Monograno Senatore Cappelli pasta is a blend of the lands of Puglia and Trentino: the wheat that grows beneath the rocks of Matera, and the water and air of the Trentino Dolomites, where the Felicetti pasta factory operates.
This pasta is very special. Designed in 2017, it is an unusual spaghetti with the largest dimensions ever produced: 2.4 mm in diameter. Made using bronze dies, it takes 14 minutes to cook.
Il Valentino pasta from Pastificio Felicetti is a concentration of formidable flavor and offers an exhilarating chewiness, aided by the meatiness of the Cappelli semolina compacted into the large size.
Il Valentino is ideal for an excellent pasta with tomato sauce, and we recommend the king of tomato sauces, the Corbara cherry tomato.
