Frico Carnia
Ingredients:
- 4 peeled and boiled potatoes
- 350 gr of Montasio cheese (aged 2-3 months)
Preparazione
In a non-stick pan, add the boiled potatoes (broken with a fork) and the cubed cheese. Cook at medium heat, while mixing the ingredients with a wooden spoon, having it cook evenly from all sides. If the cheese is not seasoned enough, add salt and pepper to taste.
