Kamut Line
Khorasan durum wheat, the ancestor of modern wheat, originated in the Middle East several thousand years ago. Expertly crafted by the master pasta maker, it releases a delicate aroma of white flowers and freshly peeled dried fruit when cooked. The flavor is complemented by distinct hints of pine nuts and macadamia nuts, with vegetal nuances of edible flowers.
Rigatoni is the ideal pasta for an excellent pasta with tomato sauce, and we recommend the king of sauce tomatoes, the Corbara tomato.
