The bluefin tuna tarantello, Carloforte Tonnare’s flagship product, is a nutritious and flavorful dish, with a balanced amount of lipids that make it more tender. Its flavor is similar to belly tuna but is more balanced because it contains less fat. After being caught, the tuna is carefully preserved over time, stored in a bed of extra virgin olive oil and high-quality salt.
