It’s ready to eat; simply open the bag and enjoy it any time of day, paired with aperitifs, wines, beers, and soft drinks. We guarantee it’s a “good drink”!
This specialty originates from the Carnic Alpine area and has spread over time throughout the rest of Friuli. It’s based on cooking a magical blend of cheeses of varying ages.
Frico Savio is registered in the 2022/2023 AIC Handbook and is lactose-free and contains no added preservatives. Furthermore, we assure consumers that we do not use GMO or GMO-derived ingredients or processing aids in the production of our products.
Frico Savio stands out from other products for its crunchiness and lightness. In fact, we’ve managed to lower the fat content from 55% to 42%, making it highly digestible.
This type of package is enough for a snack for 4 people. (Once opened, you can reseal it like any other cookie or breadstick and store it in the pantry.)
